Vendor Information

The Spring Rock Swap is free to attend and free for qualifying vendors to participate. While we do not charge booth fees, donations to the Tahlequah Rock & Mineral Society are warmly welcomed and help us cover venue costs and continue offering educational programs throughout the year.
Vendors must be active members of a rock and mineral society or geology-based club to participate. Vendors are responsible for providing all materials and equipment needed for their individual booth setup at this show. This is an outdoor venue.
